My Approach

Trying to find someone who can help with whatever problem or issue you have may seem daunting. We all need help at different times of our lives for a variety of reasons and sometimes talking to our loved ones or friends is either not possible or feels uncomfortable.


There are many reasons people seek help, whether it is a relationship problem, anxiety or depression, you can no longer cope with life or you are in physical pain, whether it is a traumatic event from the past or a more recent issue, or one that you have been living with for a long time. Being your therapist means that I am there to support you through your journey of transformation, helping you become who you want to be, whatever your ailment, physical or mental.


I offer long or short-term integrative, person-centred therapy. My work is based on my relationship with my clients; using empathy and building rapport enables them to work through their issue at their own pace and by working together any obstacle can be overcome. Whatever the problem, having a trusting, caring relationship will help. Loving and appreciating yourself is key to being able to move on; in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, I help people find inner peace and their own life path. Your mind is your most precious and powerful commodity and I can tap in to that in order to help heal you.

I offer an initial free 30-minute consultation which allows the opportunity of seeing how we can work together and what your needs and goals are. I will work with you in whatever way that will benefit you. 

I offer long or short term therapy to individuals or couples; the type of therapy you are looking for will be discussed and agreed upon during the free consultation.

I offer therapy online via Zoom or Skype.
